This is to inform you that as per the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall be closed from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024. Accordingly, all concerned/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. The date of the Board Meeting For approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 will be informed in due course
