| UR Sugar Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Monday, May 29, 2023 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at UR Building, Basaweshwar Circle, Bellad Bagewadi, Taluk- Hukeri, Belagavi KA-591305, to consider and Approve the following businesses: Sr. No. Agenda for the Board Meeting 1. To consider, approve & take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 along with Auditor''s Report. 2.
