Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today on 30th January, 2024, which commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 03:20 PM, has inter- alia, considered and approved the following business: 1.Approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results of the Company along with Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors M/s Uttam Abuwala Ghosh & Associates for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
