In accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please be informed that the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for ''Designated Persons'' and ''Insiders'' with effect from 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2024.
