In pursuance of the SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015, and Insider trading code and code of practices /procedures for fair disclosures of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders i.e., Directors /Officers /Designated persons /promoters/Immediate relatives of Designated persons covered under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will closed from 1st April 2024 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the year ended 31.3.2024.
