Pursuant to SEBI Circular dated 2.7.2025, companies are required to publicise the opening of special window for re-lodgement of share transfer deeds, which were lodged prior to the deadline of 1.4.2019 and rejected /returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise for a period of six months from 1.7.2025 till 6.1.2026.
We would like to inform that with reference to the above, the company on 10.11.2025 has published advertisements in business standards (English) and Telugu Prabha (Telugu) to publicise the opening of the special window for re-lodgement of transfer deeds.
