Pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its
Meeting held today i.e., on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 had inter-alia considered transacted
and approved the following items of business
1, Approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30n
September, 2025.
2. Approved the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 30h September, 2025.
3. Approved the Cash Flow Statement as at 30th September, 2025.
