| UTTAM GALVA STEELS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As intimated earlier vide letter dated 2nd October, 2020, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated in respect of Uttam Galva Steels Limited, pursuant to National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench order dated 1st October, 2020 and Mr. Milind Kasodekar is appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the IRP convened Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2020, inter-alia to consider and approve Un-audited financial results of the Company for the period ended 30th September, 2020. <BR> <BR> Further, as informed earlier the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, is closed from 1st October, 2020 till the end of the of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the period ended 30th September, 2020 i.e. till 5th November, 2020. | |
