We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 14th November, 2025 has considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
Accordingly, we enclose herewith a copy of the said financial results as reviewed by the Audit Committee along with the Limited Review Report for the said period issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 5:45 p.m. and concluded at 6:05 p.m.
