Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.80/- per Share (i.e. @ 8%) on 8,62,668 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as under on paid-up capital of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015, subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
