With reference to captioned subject, please be informed that the Company has allotted 70,920 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each on 15th November, 2021 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under VGL Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006.<BR> <BR> Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,74,85,054 consisting of 16,37,42,527 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.
