Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that in terms of the Company''s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursunat to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window of the company will remain closed from Monday, 01st day of January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 for Specified Persons including employees, Directors, Promoters, Statutory Auditor and their relatives and all connected persons as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company. All the above insiders are strictly abstaining from dealing in the Shares of the Company during the above Trading Window Closure period.
