Dear Sir/Madam, We hereby inform you that in terms of Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022, for Designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives. The date of Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results of the above mentioned period will be communicated in due course of time.
