Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Ashok Kumar (DIN: 07042469) and Mr. Sumeet Alakh (DIN: 07042374) Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has vide their resignation letter dated March 10, 2023 resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, on account of personal reason and other professional commitments. We further confirm that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than those provided above.
