Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on September 1, 2021 approved the matter of shifting of the registered office of the Company from the state of Karnataka to the state of Maharashtra subject to shareholders' approval. Pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members of the Company in their meeting held on September 28, 2021 and after meeting the requisite compliance requirements, and approval of the Regional Director, South Eastern Region the Company filed form INC 28 and upon receiving the approval of the form INC-28 from ROC, the Company in order to give effect to shifting of registered office, the Company is filing form INC-22 today.
