Dear Sir, Under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December,2022. The results were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, 20th January 2023 We are also enclosing a copy of 'Limited Review Report' by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and nine months ended on December, 31, 2022. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2:50 P.M and concluded at 3:25 P.M. The arrangements are being made to get the abstract of results published in the Newspapers, shortly.
