With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on 20.06.2024 to consider and approve the reappointment of Mr. V Atchyuta Rama Raju to the office of Managing Director of the company. we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from 18.06.2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company.
