Notice is hereby given that in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Company has intimated to all its Directors, Key Management Personnel and Designated Employees regarding the Closure of the Trading Window of the Company from 01st January, 2023 till 48 hours from the conclusion of Board meeting where the Un-audited. Financial result for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022 will be approved. Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees) and their immediate relatives are hereby directed to take note that in terms of the trading restrictions placed under above regulations, not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
