Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the " Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons , Trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from 01st April, 2025 for the Purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 becomes generally available.
