In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 12th November, 2020 has, inter alia, approved Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2020 alongwith the Limited Review Report thereon as received from the Statutory Auditor of the company.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2020 together with Limited Review Report thereon.<BR>
