Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has decided that the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed from January 21, 2019 (09:00 a.m.) and will re-open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/nine-months ended 31st December, 2018 are made public.
