Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2023. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
