We would like to inform you that the Company proposes to offer Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto ? 1000 Crores in one or more tranches and in this regard, is holding a meeting of its duly constituted Committee of the Directors on Monday, December 27, 2021. The above issuance is pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolutions passed at their meeting held on May 07, 2019 and October 03, 2020. This intimation is being issued pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and (2) along with Regulation 50(1), as amended, read with Regulation 63 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
