| VEDAVAAG SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 inter alia to: a) Consider the proposal for increasing the Authorised Share Capital of the Company. b) Consider and discuss a proposal for fund raising through preferential allotment to Non-Promoter's and/or Promoter Group subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, in this regard - Ref Board Meeting Outcome June 28, 2024. c) Fix the date of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for Shareholders approval for the above. d) Any other item with the permission of chair. | |
