| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i. e. 28th February, 2024, inter alia, has approved the following: 1. Board has decided to issue new 49,87,645 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 12.50/- per share by way of Rights Issue to the existing shareholders of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 22.50/- per equity share in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (one) new Right Share for every 3 (three) existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders. Further we are enclosing herewith the additional details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as Annexure I. The Board Meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m. | |
