The Board has approved and taken on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. 2. To conserve resources of the Company, the Board has not recommended any dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m.
