Vesuvius India Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors, Employees, Share Registrars and others considered as "Insider" have been informed that the Trading Window for trading in the Companys securities shall remain closed for the period from March 26, 2015 to May 08, 2015 since the Quarterly Financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 will be finalised during this period and declared at the next Board meeting scheduled to be held on May 07, 2015.
