Pursuant to the securities and exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the provisions of "Code of Conduct" for trading in Listed Securities of "Veto Switchgears & Cables Limited'' the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons from Tuesday 1st October 01, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the board meeting which will be held for the consideration of un-audited quarterly financial results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024.
