This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and in terms the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all its designated persons, their immediate relatives & specified connected persons will remain closed from 1st April, 2023 and will open 48 hours from announcement of Financial results for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 to BSE Limited.
