This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and in terms of company''s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all its designated persons, their immediate relatives & specified connected persons, will remain closed from 1st January, 2024 and will reopen 48 hours from the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. All designated employees (including directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter any transactions involving the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
