| With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in furtherance to our letter dated 11 October 2021, in relation to the resignation of Statutory Auditors of the Company, we would like to inform you that the Committee of Creditors ('COC') at their meeting held on June 08, 2022 noted the resignation tendered by M/s. S.Z. Deshmukh & Co, Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No: 102380W) from the position of the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f financial year commencing on April 1, 2019. Further, the CoC, vide requisite majority has on June 17, 2022 approved appointment of M/s KVA & Company, Chartered Accountant (Firm Reg. No: 017771C) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five (5) years to hold the office as such and conduct audit of the Company for the financial years commencing from April 1, 2019 to till the financial year ending on March 31, 2024. | |
