| In accordance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that based on the confirmations provided by the group resources (employees, officials and consultants handling accounts and secretarial compliances of Videocon Group Entities), the Resolution Professional has considered, signed and taken on record Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / financial year ended on March 31, 2023, along with Independent Auditor''s Report thereon ("Financial Results"). Accordingly, we enclosed herewith the following: (i) Independent Auditor''s Report on standalone audited financial results for the quarter/ financial year ended March 31, 2023; (ii) the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2023; (iii) the statement on Impact of Audit Qualification (for the audit report with modified opinion) submitted along with annual audited financial results. | |
