(5) Fixed cut-off date for e-voting. (6) Notice of 37th AGM. (7) Director''s Report, Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for FY 2024-25. (8) Re-appointment of Shri Vijay Data (DIN: 00286492) as Managing Director of the Company. (9) Re-appointment of Shri Daya Kishan Data (DIN: 01504570) as Whole Time Director of the Company.
