The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on November 8, 2021 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of Ms.Anusha Kanumuru as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f November 8, 2021 and took note of cessation of Ms.V.Sri Lakshmi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f November 8, 2021. Brief details pertaining to said appointment and cessation of Company Secretary and Compliance officer as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 are enclosed as Annexure I.
