Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13th August, 2022 has inter alia, based on recommendation of Audit committee, approved the reappointment of Gupta and Shah, Chartered Accountants, Kanpur (Firm Registration No. 001416C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years for F. Y. 2022-2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details of Gupta and Shah, Chartered Accountants pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A. Kindly take the same on record.
