Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we have received information from our Registrar & Transfer Agents (Bigshare Service Pvt. Ltd) regarding loss / theft of share certificates and request for issue of duplicate share certificates. Please note that in accordance with SEBI Circular, we have initiated the procedure to issue shares in dematerialized form with respect to the aforesaid investor request for issue share certificate. The above shares have been put in "Stop Transfer" by RTA and they have been further advised by the company to verify the particulars of the request and advise the shareholder accordingly.
