Kindly note that pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company and their relatives, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window of dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 1st January, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
