Kindly note that pursuant to clause 4 of the schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as in terms of code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 01-04-2024 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31-03-2024 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives. The date of board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results for quarter ended on 31-03-2024 will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course.
