Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33(3)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, i.e. Saturday, December 14, 2026, inter alia considered and approved the following:
1. The Standalone Un-audited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
2. The issuance of 2,37,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on a preferential basis to the prospective promoters in compliance with the NCLT Order dated 11 February 2025 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended from time to time.
