We are in receipt of your email on 02nd November, 2022, wherein asking us to furnish the clarification pertaining to the Non-submission of Annual Report in XBRL mode for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. Please note that M/s. Vintage Securities Limited (the Company) has been classified as Non-Banking Core Investment Company (NBFC CIC). The copy of letter submitted with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Further, it shall be noted that in terms of Para 7 of Master Direction on Core Investment Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016, CIC having asset size of below Rs.100 crore are exempted from registration and regulation from the RBI. M/s. Vintage Securities Limited falls below this threshold limit hence NBFC CIC registration with the RBI is not applicable.
