Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information ("The Code"), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2024 for designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024.
