We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, inter alia, among other matters, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and the year ended 31st March 2023, and Board may also consider the recommendation of final Dividend for the Financial year ended 31st March 2023. As intimated earlier vide letter (Ref. VILN: 1018:23:36) dated March 31, 2023, the trading window closure period commenced on April 1, 2023, and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
