Whereas the resolutions as per the notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 05.09.2024 have been declared as passed with requisite majority. Please find herewith the disclosure as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and Scrutinizer report with regard to remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM.
