This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Amendments thereto and Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company''s Securities will remain closed w.e.f. 01.04.2022. This closure is in connection with the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the said Financial Results to Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
