Vishal Bearings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022. 2) To transact any other business with the permission of the Board. It was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for insiders covered under 'Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' will remain closed from July 01, 2022, till 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting (both days inclusive).
