We would like to clarify that Vitesse Agro Limited ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as the Paid-up Equity share capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 Crores i.e. INR 4,77,84,560/- (Rupees Four Crore Seventy-Seven Lakh and Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Only) and the Net worth is less than Rs. 25 Crores i.e., INR 8,01,49,398/- (Rupees Eight Crore One Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Eight Only), as on the last day of financial year which is not exceeding the limits as specified above.
