This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2024 for all Designated Employees, Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from April 1, 2024. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Result for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2024 become generally available.
