| V-MART RETAIL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI(LODR)Regulations,2015 , notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 to inter alia,consider,approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31,2020.Further, as intimated earlier vide letter no. Ref. No.: CS/S/L- 459/2020-21 dated December 29, 2020, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as per the Company''s PIT of Insider Trading Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Company''s Directors, Officers, Designated person and connected persons shall remain closed from Friday, January 01, 2021 till Sunday, January 24, 2021 (both days are inclusive).<BR> The notice of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company's website: http://www.vmart.co.in/ | |
