Further to our letter dated 14th June, 2024, we wish to inform that there was typographical error in the heading of Notes 57(b), 57 (c)and 58(A) of the Consolidated Financial Statements which were wrongly mentioned as ''Year ended 31 March, 2023'' instead of ''Year ended 31 March, 2024''. There is no change in the Annual Report. Accordingly, the updated Annual Report 2023-24 along with Notice of 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is enclosed for your information and records with a request that the updated Annual Report is uploaded on your website. 2. The updated Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 along with Notice of 70th AGM is proposed to be sent to the shareholders on 15th June, 2024 and would also be uploaded on the website of the Company at www.voltas.com. we regret inconvenience in the matter.
