Sub Completion of Tenure of Independent Directors This is to inform you that the term of appointment of two Independent Directors,Dr. Prabhakar Kore and Mr. Gurudas Narekuli stands completed on 31st March 2024. They would cease to be directors of the Company w.e.f April 1, 2024. The Board of Directors expresses deep appreciation and gratitude for their extensive contribution and leadership during their tenure in the Company.
